Unique Kidz and Co (Approved Breaktime Provider)

Description

Unique Kidz and Co is a place to play, have fun, make friends and be unique! Our afterschool and holiday clubs provide children with SEND the opportunity to socialise and play in a safe and supportive setting. Our activities are designed to suit a variety of needs and at our building we have access to a kitchen, sensory/cinema room and a large outdoor play area. We have a large amount of specialist equipment including Theraplay tricycles and portable sensory equipment.

Staff are highly trained in areas such as manual handling, first aid, administering medication, behaviour management and emergency medication. All staff have Enhanced DBS clearance and we have a number of policies in place that guide the running of the setting including safeguarding and health and safety. We have 3 trained Designated Safeguard Leads and all core staff are Level 2 trained in safeguarding. We conduct thorough risk assessments for each service provided along with each activity and trip.
